This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Device Sales Representative. The individual in this role will prospect and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to drive adoption of ZetrOZ Systems’ medical devices and therapies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, educating clinical stakeholders on the clinical benefits and proper use of sam® and related technologies, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and follow-up.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams on sales strategy, tracking territory performance, providing feedback from the field to support product development, and ensuring a high level of customer support and satisfaction. Regular virtual and in-person meetings with clients, as well as occasional travel for conferences, training, and key account visits, are expected.
- Strong Medical Sales and Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in a healthcare or medical device environment.
- Knowledge of Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal Medicine, with the ability to discuss clinical applications and outcomes with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Comfort working in Operating Room and clinical settings, including adherence to hospital protocols and effective communication with surgical teams.
- Understanding of medicine and medical terminology sufficient to interpret clinical data, discuss indications for use, and support evidence-based product positioning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technology clearly to diverse clinical and administrative audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a territory, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management) or equivalent professional experience in medical sales.
- Experience with CRM tools, data-driven sales reporting, and basic proficiency in standard office software.
- Prior experience selling medical devices, rehabilitation products, or pain management solutions is highly beneficial
