As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Valley Village Care Center, you will work closely with our physical therapists to design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans for our patients. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and modalities to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. Your expertise will enable patients to achieve their goals and regain independence.

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
• Conduct exercises, modalities, and treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
