Senior Manager, MedTech Q&C Communications

• Lead management and execution of Med Tech quality-related communications
• Develop quality-related communication messaging and materials to protect and enhance company reputation
• Collaborate with teams across businesses, regions, and functions to elevate the quality story
• Convey important information to key internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with and support the Med Tech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications
• Coordinate with global Quality and Communications leaders on quality-related opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits
• Ensure consistency in communications across Med Tech
• Maintain knowledge of quality communications
• Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues, advancements, potential risks, and policy actions
• Deliver communication materials in a fast-paced environment
• Report to the VP, Med Tech Quality Transformation Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
• At least 8 years of experience in a communications or public relations role
• Communications or public relations experience preferably in the healthcare or Med Tech industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of the Med Tech landscape
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Change management expertise
• Ability to address organizational change challenges
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proven experience in project management and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
