Seeking an Associate Medical Director to start ASAP in Los Angeles!
- Can be IM or FM trained
- Will report directly to CMO
- They will have 20 clinic hours/20 admin (ideally split between the two sites they will oversee)
- 11 pts per 4hr shift.
- EPIC for EMR.
- Schedule M-F 8a-4:30p
- Oversee the physicians and mid-level providers at two small sites that are close to each other:
One is adults only and the other is a family clinic - Cannot consider new grads or visas
- Prefers candidates with previous management experience and outpatient experience
- Salary: $267,000 - $318,000 + $15k sign on
- 403b retirement. After 1 year, match of contribution at 50%, up to 4% of your earnings. You will be fully vested after 5yrs of employment.
- As an FQHC, providers are eligible for student loan repayment programs conducted through the state.
