Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection.

• Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and proper patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
• Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
• Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
