Qualicare KC Home is looking for a Care Assistant in Pleasant Hill and Harrisonville areas. We have a couple of clients in these areas and are looking for part time consistent care.

Responsibilities:

Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
Show up on TIME! (earns those performance bonuses...every time you clock in our system tracks that for more money)
Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Accompany clients on outings
Shopping and errands
Medication Assist/Reminders
Ambulation and transporting of clients
Provide companionship to clients
Ability to follow care-plan
Documentation/Charting
Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, do stairs etc!

Requirements:

Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
Must be 18 years or older
Must hold a valid Driver's License
Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
