Job Summary

The inpatient hospital pharmacist reviews, prepares, and dispenses medications safely while serving as a key clinical resource. You will monitor drug therapy for efficacy, prevent adverse interactions, and supervise supportive staff to ensure total operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical consultations, medication reconciliation, and provider rounds.
• Review and verify provider orders for accuracy, safety, and therapeutic appropriateness.
• Monitor patient medication therapies for optimal clinical efficacy and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy.
• License: Current, unencumbered Missouri Board of Pharmacy State License (or eligible to sit for licensure).
• Experience: Open to both New Graduates and experienced clinical pharmacists.
