Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

San Andreas, CA | Outpatient / Inpatient

Contract | Days | Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch);
Saturdays are inpatient only with reduced hours

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, which make up the majority of the caseload
• Provide inpatient physical therapy services on Saturdays
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals

• Active PTA license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience with inpatient or acute care populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
