** Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
** to join our rehabilitation team on a
** part-time
** basis. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Position Highlights
* ** Part-Time*** **$67 per hour
*** Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team
* Opportunity to work with a diverse post-acute patient population
* Focus on providing quality, individualized patient care Responsibilities
* Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on residents’ needs
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications
* Current
** California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
*** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus
* New graduates are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
