As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to practice ABA while thinking creatively about how children learn best.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate client progress and modify programming as needed.
• Ensure treatment remains individualized, ethical, and evidence-based.
• Use Natural Environment Teaching and other evidence-based ABA practices.

• Supervise and support RBTs and other members of the clinical team.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Help team members strengthen their clinical skills and confidence.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and clinically strong team environment.

• Build meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Provide parent education and training.
• Communicate progress and clinical recommendations clearly.
• Partner with families to support generalization beyond the clinic.

• Work alongside SLPs, RBTs, clinical leadership, and administrative teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary problem-solving.
• Help create a coordinated experience for children and families.

• Follow children's interests while maintaining clinical intent.
• Create learning opportunities through play and exploration.
• Bring creativity and innovation to your clinical practice.
• Help continue evolving what ABA can look like for young children.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in Missouri.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.
