As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on improving our residents' functional abilities, cognitive skills, and mobility. Your expertise will help our residents regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and develop individualized therapy plans
• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and therapy plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers to promote independence and self-care

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Experience working with geriatric populations and knowledge of adult rehabilitation principles
