Whether you’re transporting participants to their appointments, delivering meals, or lending a helping hand at the center, your work will help create a positive, caring experience for those who rely on us.

• Safely transport participants to and from the center, offsite activities, specialist appointments, and deliver meals as needed.
• Ensure participant safety during all stages of transport – from entering, riding in, and exiting the vehicle.
• Collaborate with the Transportation Coordinator and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to observe and report changes in participants’ physical and emotional health.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain equipment quality, and report defects promptly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with participants, team members, and external contacts to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist with center activities during downtime by escorting participants, supporting events, and maintaining clean, organized spaces.
• Embrace additional opportunities and responsibilities as needed, actively participating in the continued growth and success of the organization.

BILINGUAL

  Experience:
  
  At least one (1) year of experience driving frail and elderly participants safely and reliably.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of your daily responsibilities.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid California Class "C" Driver’s License with:
  At least five (5) years of driving experience. No more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at-fault accident in the past three (3) years.
