Work Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation, or PSR, Program is open six (6) days a week, Monday
- Saturday. As a PSR Aide, your typical work day is from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday
- Friday, there is one evening shift a week (approx. 6:30pm), and staff rotate Saturday (8:00am - 4:30pm) coverages.

Qualifications:

BA/BSW in mental health field and two (2) year's related experience such as in teaching, recreation, etc.
Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL residents), and proof of continuous Auto Insurance.

The Program:

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program in the counties of Bollinger, Cape, Madison, Perry, and Ste. Genevieve provide a variety of supportive and rehabilitative services to individuals living with chronic mental illnesses. PSR offers opportunities for educational, career, social, and recreational activities on-site and in the community. The program serves adult clients 18 years of age or older and operates five or more days each week, and with the evening activities often planned.

Vans owned by the center will transport members to the PSR and for the community based on activities.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the operation of assigned PSR location using the most clinically and cost-effective management methods.

Job Duties:

Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the PSR programming.

Provide group and individual clinical services to PSR members including crisis intervention.

Develop and implement treatment plans with program participants and the CPRC team.

Attend doctor staffing's or have another Specialist attend.

Assist in transportation of clients or any other aspect of program implementation.

Ensure that all licensure standards for day treatment and certification standards are maintained.

Monitor productivity/revenue/expenses.

Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

Supervise and direct supervises in the performance of their job functions.

Proactively provide feedback and training to supervises to assist them with meeting performance expectations.

Hold direct supervises accountable for the satisfactory performance of their job functions, including issuing corrective discipline and make recommendations for termination, when warranted.

Responsible for transporting clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as deemed necessary and appropriate to meet program requirements.
