Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Michigan Veteran's Home - Chesterfield

This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for a flexible part-time schedule while providing quality care to Michigan's veteran population. You'll work alongside an experienced therapy team in a supportive environment focused on helping residents maintain and improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team
• Accurately document treatment and maintain compliance with applicable standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals

• Current Michigan PTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
