Travel Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective care.

• Assessing patient needs, medical conditions, and functional limitations.
• Establishing and administering treatment programs with achievable goals.
• Documenting patient progress and educating patients and families.
• Providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care.

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Passed the NPTE and holds or is applying for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Conduct patient assessments, develop and modify treatment plans, deliver therapy interventions, document patient progress, and educate patients and families to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
