Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hand treatment experience to provide outpatient physical therapy services in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled interventions to improve patient function and reduce pain. The therapist will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed, and delegate tasks to assistants and students appropriately. Documentation must adhere to departmental policies, and ongoing assessments and consultations are required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred)
• Current Physical Therapist License
• No prior experience required, but relevant hands-on experience is advantageous

• Establish and implement personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and necessary equipment
• Educate and collaborate with patients and healthcare teams, making appropriate referrals
• Delegate interventions to support staff based on skill levels
• Complete accurate documentation and conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop individualized care plans
• Competency in patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
