New Mark Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary services department and ensure high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for our residents.
Dietary ManagerPosition Summary:
The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. This role plays a key part in supporting resident health, satisfaction, and overall quality of care.
Dietary Manager Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily dietary department operations
Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines, physician orders, and resident preferences
Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams regarding resident dietary needs
Ensure proper documentation and readiness for surveys and inspections
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
