Job Description Partner with the VP of Oncology Quality Initiatives to manage and grow Integra's quality initiative offerings for life science companies and oncology practices. Lead day-to-day service and product execution, align cross-functional PQ team members, and serve as the VP's delegate in internal, customer, and cross-functional meetings. Make timely operational decisions within delegated authority, ensure commitments and follow-up actions are completed, and maintain operational continuity while advancing strategic priorities.
** Responsibilities:**
* ** Sales and Marketing**+ Support VP of Oncology Quality Initiatives in selling quality initiative programs to oncology practices and cancer centers.+ Support development of care gap project concepts that can drive sales opportunities with life science customers.+ Support in the development of collateral of describing the benefit and requirements of quality initiatives.+ Represents Integra Connect at conferences and other relevant forums whereby quality initiatives sales opportunities may be pursued.+
Makes recommendations and helps implement strategies to grow the quality initiative program.+ Identifies opportunities for publication of quality initiative findings.
* ** Operations and Execution**:+ Provides oversight on projects and within tumor types for quality initiatives projects.+ Maintains portfolio-level oversight of quality initiative projects across customers, practices, and tumor types, proactively identifying interdependencies, delivery risks, competing priorities, and opportunities to standardize execution.+ Provides ongoing development program for QI team to ensure continued growth in knowledge of tumor types and analytics of clinical relevance.+
Guides and develops team members responsible for executing quality initiative projects within the QI team.+ Helps reinforce performance expectations for team members, provides timely and actionable feedback, supports professional growth and succession readiness.+ Assess team capacity, identify resource constraints, and escalate staffing or prioritization needs to the VP of Oncology Quality Initiatives.+ Coach team members through complex project, analytical, and customer challenges;
remove barriers to execution; and serve as the primary escalation point before matters are elevated to the VP of Oncology Quality Initiatives.+ Makes recommendations on enhancements to quality initiative project execution to improve effectiveness, increase efficiencies, and increase revenue.+ Embrace continuous learning of oncology clinical guidelines that will be used to provide direction on project deliverables.+ Define and enforce review and approval requirements for analytical plans, metric definitions, data interpretation, and client-facing deliverables, ensuring outputs are accurate, clinically relevant, reproducible, and appropriate for the intended audience.+
Institute process and methods to establish quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards before final presentations.+ Establish and monitor operational performance indicators for project timeliness, deliverable quality, customer satisfaction, resource utilization, and program outcomes, and implement corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.+ Oversee reporting quality improvement project results tracking progress to identify opportunities for re-engagement, showing progress, communicating results.
* ** Product Development and Data Ingestion**+ Partners with VP and Medical to define quality measures of interest seeking input across disease states and works with product to establish clinical measures in quality measure scorecards.+ Coordinate with Medical and other subject-matter experts to resolve clinical questions, validate interpretation of oncology guidelines, and ensure project recommendations are appropriately supported.+ Partners with Data Operations, Curation, and Product teams to ensure quality standards are in place for data accuracy and product output offers users a high-level of ease use and simplified understanding.##
Qualifications
* 7 years or more experience in healthcare encompassing project management and analytics.
* PharmD, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Public Health, or Masters in Health Administration.
* Oncology experience in either a life science, health insurance, or health care provider setting.
* Experience with data analysis, synthesis, and manipulation.
