This is an in person BCBA role – services are primarily in Long Beach & South Bay, CA
BCBA’s may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the center in Long Beach, CA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
1+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
1+ years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral disorders, across different settings and funding sources.

Paid re-certification fees, allotment amount for continuing education requirements, and conference attendance
Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000 per year
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week
You meet the requirements of this role.
You manage time independently, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
You have strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication.
You are willing and able to drive to clients' homes, schools, the clinic and other community settings.
You are passionate about ABA and want to join a company that does ABA a little bit differently.
