is a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care for our residents.
We are now hiring
Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs)who are eager to join a supportive, mission-driven healthcare team.
New grads are welcome!
Shift: 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
- Administer and record medications/treatments
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
- Educate and support residents and their families
- Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Document observations and care provided
- Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
- May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse
