manage therapy initiation, coordinate with sales and patient engagement teams, educate patients/caregivers via phone/video, address adherence barriers, support transition milestones, and ensure compliance with regulations. Serve as PKU subject matter expert within Patient Services, contribute to workflow improvements, and document interactions accurately.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 5+ years in clinical nutrition, nursing, or patient counseling; active Dietitian/Nursing license or Master's preferred. Experience with metabolic disorders, motivational interviewing, and patient logistics essential. Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience in rare disease patient services, familiarity with EMR/CRM, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of industry compliance.
Work requires up to 50% travel; preferred location is U.S. West Coast (Pacific Time Zone).
