Location: Puxico
Psy Phy Care is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide on-site prevention and counseling within a federally supported residential youth program in Puxico, MO. The role serves young adults 16–24, with a mission to prepare them for employment and independence.
This is a contract position with part-time availability up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, on-site in Puxico. No telehealth or remote option; scheduling is flexible to support program needs.
