- ** About the Role
** The Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more resort dining venues. This hands-on leadership role supports staff, monitors service quality, assists with scheduling, and ensures all F&B standards are consistently met.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and leads with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.## Qualifications
** What We’re Looking For**

* Experience:

** 1–2 years in food and beverage, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
* *
* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent
* ** Leadership

Skills:

** Ability to motivate, guide, and support a diverse team
* ** Service Focus:
** Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices
* ** Professional Traits:
** Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
* ** Communication:
** Clear verbal and written communication skills

** Comfortable leading in a multicultural workplace with professionalism and respect

** Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island during the season--
