Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Hotel located in Branson, MO.
The Marriott "Element by Westin" is now hiring to begin training by September 1st. We are looking for people who LOVE people and have an "Above and Beyond" approach to serving others! If that's you, we want you on our team for this "once in a lifetime" experience of opening a new hotel!
What You Will Be Doing- Check-in/check-out hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all transactions, posts and reports according to established procedures.
- Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns, referring to management as needed.
- Book guest reservations, process cancellations, and revisions.
- Promote teamwork and quality service, coordinating with other departments.
- Ability to be cross-trained to bartend is a plus.
- Front desk/guest service experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

- Experience in a customer service industry is required.
