Hotel Front Desk Night Audit; Overnight

Position: Hotel Front Desk Night Audit (Overnight Hours)
Location: California

* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, incidents, and overnight activities.
* Complete nightly logs and communication for the Front Office and management teams.
* Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Previous hospitality experience required; front desk or night audit experience strongly preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and calm demeanor.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently during overnight hours.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with financial and audit responsibilities.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and reports.
* Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems; familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is a plus.
* Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if required for property-related transportation or golf cart operation).
* California Food Handler Certificate upon hire.
* RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate upon hire.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining hotel safety and financial integrity.
