Estate Host

We are seeking a Full-Time Estate Host to deliver an elevated, personalized guest experience in a luxury winery setting. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who values attention to detail, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in representing the estate with professionalism and grace. The Estate Host supports daily tasting room operations while providing thoughtful, high-touch service that reflects the standards of a luxury brand.

• Deliver refined, professional hospitality with a focus on personalized guest experiences, loyalty, and long‑term relationships
• Host seated wine tastings and estate tours in accordance with established service standards
• Confidently communicate the estate’s history, philosophy, and wines in a composed, engaging manner
• Anticipate tasting room needs by learning all operational tasks and proactively supporting the team
• Execute daily tasting room operations with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a calm and polished presence
• Ensure guest‑facing areas are maintained to luxury presentation standards
• Adhere to all winery policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Perform all duties under supervision and communicate issues or concerns to management as appropriate

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience required; luxury hospitality or winery experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑first mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Full‑time position
• Availability required on weekends

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry wine cases or supplies as needed
