The JOB:As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Banquet servers are responsible for serving menu offerings for events and assisting guests as needed. Responsibilities include table settings, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include room refreshes and overall banquet preparation. Maintain knowledge of:
- Daily group functions, including times, locations, and guest counts.
- Styles of meeting and banquet room setups.
- Correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- All hotel policies and procedures.
- All safety guidelines.
- Wine service.
- Attention to detail.
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Banquet Server requires skills such as organization, attention to detail, reliability and a desire to take care of others.

- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
- Current Food Handlers Card and RBS certified
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back‑of‑house and outdoor areas
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational task
- Ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operations
