Golf Cart Shuttle Attendant

POSITION SUMMARY

Members of the Golf Cart Shuttle Attendant Team are responsible for assuring exceptional, world‑class experiences through hands‑on and face‑to‑face service and unreasonable hospitality. The team ensures the safe and timely transportation of golfers and guests from/to the Mountain Top Grill, Golf Course, Payne’s Valley Cottages, Ozarks National, Practice Facilities, and Cart Facility.

• Provide exceptional service in the following locations:
  Mountain Top Grill and Clubhouse, Ozarks National Clubhouse and Practice Facilities, Cart Facility, and Payne’s Valley Cottages, in addition to operating a shuttle golf cart.
• Transport guests, golfers, and Associates safely and promptly to varied locations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading golf clubs and luggage as needed.
• Initiate contact with guests with a warm welcome and willingness to assist.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively.
• Communicate all pertinent information among team members and supervisory staff regarding daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Work well under pressure while balancing multiple priorities and assignments.
• Be highly service‑focused with a desire to engage with guests.
• Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment when solving guest concerns.
• Comfortably work in a fast‑paced environment with continuous improvement.
• Consistently achieve high work standards with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Minimum Degree:
  High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic understanding of golf operations and hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a four‑seat or six‑seat shuttle golf cart.

• Work on feet for short periods, work safely, and communicate effectively.
• Able to work in outside weather conditions.
• Perform lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, grasping, and coordination tasks as needed.
• Work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands.
• Write and communicate effectively in writing.
• Basic computer skills: personal computers, word processing, Internet browsers.
• Reading comprehension of written documents.
• Oral comprehension of spoken information.
• Analytical/Critical thinking to gather, organize, and evaluate information, identify problems, and generate solutions.

• Seldom/Never

Regularly walks, sits, and stands. Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs. Seldom/Never performs computer work.

Performs tasks under direct supervision with well‑defined policies. Limited opportunities for independent judgment.
