Midas Hospitality is seeking an energetic Bistro Supervisor to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott located in Earth City, MO. This position will provide friendly and courteous service to our hotel guests and will supervise the Bistro Staff.

• Greets all guests and provides superior service throughout their stay
• Cleans, maintains or discards dishes, utensils and cookware, and cleans other kitchen equipment as directed.
• Empties trash receptacles as needed and disposes of properly.
• Stocks area of needed supplies and assists with storing products delivered to hotel
• Maintain monthly inventory of Kitchen and Bar
• Schedule staff bi-weekly
• Supervise all Bistro staff
• Maintain regular logs and keep track of reports
• Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• In charge of ordering supplies for the Bistro alone
• Report to upper management daily with progress

Previous hotel or serving experience is a plus!

Previous Supervisor experience a must
