We have worked hard maintaining and bringing improvements to Kit Carson lodge the past ten seasons. In fact improvements are now underway keeping the lodge compliant with State and federal regulations. You will see them while visiting the 2024 season. The Lodge is as ready as it ever was to provide the best Silver Lake experience anyone can offer.

• Store Attendant:
  Front desk:
  Checking in and out guests, helping customers with questions, answering the phones and performing front desk related administrative tasks.
• Store:
  Participants will be re-stocking, working the cash desk at the checkout, assisting customers with merchandise as well as helping with questions. Additional responsibilities maybe assigned by supervisor as needed. The Floater position will allow participant to do many different things throughout the resort. Position will involve lots of guest interaction and teamwork with other hotel staff. Participant must be okay with living and working in a beautiful, rural location in the mountains of Northern California.
  
  Participant skills will be evaluated upon arrival and participants' assigned department maybe changed at the discretion of the employer.

Pay Rate $16.00 Per Hour Average Hour / Week 32 – 40 Hours

Housing Rate $100 / Week / Person Housing Details Housing will be assigned at the discretion of the employer. Dorm-style (2-4 per bedroom) with use of shared kitchen and access restroom/shower house (separated by gender). RV-style (2-4 per bedroom) with use of shared kitchen and in unit bathroom (full hook-up and services to units).
