Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and detail‑oriented Reservations Agent with proven experience in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering personalised, high‑touch service, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and managing reservations across a multi‑property portfolio. Experience in safari lodges or safari travel operations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle reservation enquiries across multiple channels with personalised service.
  • Provide expert guidance on room categories, property features, packages, and activities.
  • Manage multi‑property availability and optimise yield.
  • Create detailed itineraries, including transfers and bespoke experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records in PMS/CRM systems.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Support accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Provide safari‑related advice when applicable.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong luxury hospitality reservations experience.
  • Ability to work across multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Safari knowledge advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–3 years in luxury hotel/lodge reservations.
  • Multi‑property experience preferred.
  • Hospitality qualification advantageous.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑driven.
