• Greeting clients and their dogs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
• Writing professional emails and handling document uploads/scanning.
• Maintaining an organized front desk and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assisting with light cleaning tasks and ensuring the facility is tidy and safe.
• Interacting with dogs—because at Cuddle Up Pup, they’re part of the family!
• Occasionally bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to write professional emails.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine love for dogs.
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
