Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment;
Assist with dining service setup in dining rooms and at catered events;
Assist with dining room setup, buffets, and serving residents;
Assist with cleaning tasks including bussing, cleaning, and dishwashing;
Maintain HACCP logs and document product usage and waste; report hazards or incidents to supervisor
