  • Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour, depending on experience
  • Position type:

What we are looking for in a Housekeeper
  • Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment
  • Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements
  • Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment
Responsibilities
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated area
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas/facilities
  • Prepare rental units for guest check‑in
  • Maintain health and sanitary requirements
