As a Banquet Server, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests attending weddings, corporate meetings, golf tournaments, social events, and special celebrations. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will help ensure every event exceeds expectations.

- Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during special events while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You'll work closely with banquet, culinary, and event teams to execute events according to established standards and client expectations.
What You'll Do- Set up banquet rooms, tables, buffets, and event spaces according to event specifications
- Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently during events
- Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment
- Assist with event breakdown and room reset procedures
- Provide attentive, friendly, and responsive guest service throughout each event
- Work collaboratively with banquet, culinary, and resort teams to ensure successful events
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support a variety of events including weddings, conferences, galas, golf events, and social gatherings
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of food and beverage service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry trays and banquet equipment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
