As a Banquet Server, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests attending weddings, corporate meetings, golf tournaments, social events, and special celebrations. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during special events while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You'll work closely with banquet, culinary, and event teams to execute events according to established standards and client expectations.

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, buffets, and event spaces according to event specifications
• Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently during events
• Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment
• Assist with event breakdown and room reset procedures
• Provide attentive, friendly, and responsive guest service throughout each event
• Work collaboratively with banquet, culinary, and resort teams to ensure successful events
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Support a variety of events including weddings, conferences, galas, golf events, and social gatherings

• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of food and beverage service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry trays and banquet equipment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
