Drury Hotels - 1317 Hwy. 84 - Responsibilities:
Serve as the front desk face of the hotel and assist guests with check-in and check-out;
Perform front desk duties including cash handling, maintaining guest records, and monitoring guest satisfaction;
Promote company programs and resolve guest issues;
Assist with breakfast service and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service (food prep, setup, guest service, and cleanup);
Maintain high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
