Pool​/Water Park Attendant

The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort delivers recreational activities to guests. A Pool / Waterpark Attendant will assist guests at indoor and outdoor pools and the indoor waterpark, creating a hospitable and safe environment.

• Maintain pool chemical and cleaning logs.
• Greet all guests and create a hospitable atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility and enforce all appropriate safety rules.
• Ensure guests are using the slides and water areas safely and following safety instructions and guidelines.

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with the guests, other staff members and on the phone.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
• Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
• Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
• Conducts himself/herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times.
• Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.

• Must be a strong swimmer.
• Minimum pulling and lifting of 20 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, speaking.
• Standing for long periods of time.
