Food and Beverage Supervisor - Courtyard Earth City, MO

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Courtyard located in Earth City, MO. This position will be in charge of managing the restaurant and all food and beverage outlets. The Food & Beverage Manager will provide quality service to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed financial goals.

• Hire, train, coach, and counsel employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and terminations.
• Follow brand standards and programs while managing operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, local regulations.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring supplies and staff are on hand for top quality service.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.

• At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Two years hotel experience.
