Lead the evening turndown team to ensure rooms are presented to Forbes and Hyatt luxury standards. Support and coach team members, assist with cleanliness of public areas, and maintain high standards of guest service in a luxury resort setting.

• Lead the evening turndown team to service rooms to Forbes and Hyatt luxury standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, and colleague or office spaces as assigned.
• Inspect rooms and common areas after service for readiness, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Coach and train team members to uphold consistency, efficiency, and brand standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the Housekeeping leadership team; report maintenance issues, guest requests, or service challenges promptly.
• Prepare and restock evening amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, and Engineering to ensure seamless guest service.
• Assist with daily assignments and scheduling as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and guest privacy; maintain a calm, professional presence.
• Support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly cleaning methods and waste-reduction practices.
• Contribute to overall cleanliness and upkeep of resort facilities to maintain a pristine environment for guests and colleagues.

• Base Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Service Charge:
  Average additional earnings of $6–$10 per hour
  , bringing projected total compensation to approximately $27.50–$31.50 per hour
• Gas Stipend: $15 per day for qualified colleagues
• Schedule:
  
  Part-time, evening shifts (typically 3 pm – 10 pm), including weekends and holidays

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Forbes or Michelin experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to sustainable practices and environmental care
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

• Ability to walk on uneven terrain and navigate outdoor pathways between resort buildings
• Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, reaching, stretching, and kneeling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
• Stamina to remain active for extended periods during the shift
