Executive Housekeeper

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, organized, and well-maintained. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, inspections, and inventory management, all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

• Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests by managing the housekeeping team.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, schedule duties, and ensure quality control for all areas of the hotel.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
• Develop career progression opportunities for team and prepare personnel for higher-level positions such as director of rooms, operations manager, or general manager.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in hotel housekeeping.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Have sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required— with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
