To provide a clean and welcoming environment for the guests and members of Cordevalle.

• Clean and maintain all guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel’s standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating with all staff.
• Provide value‑added service by going above and beyond to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Handle chemicals and biohazards safely.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous hospitality experience in a luxury hotel preferred, at least one year.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment accurately.
• Effective communication with associates and guests via radio or in person.
• Understanding of guest service needs.
• Ability to read and understand daily work assignments.
• Availability for varied shifts, flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear thinking, calmness, and problem‑solving using good judgment.
• Ability to follow directions thoroughly.

• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Ensure standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, per OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Clean guest rooms by category priority.
• Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest rooms and position securely.
• Service assigned guest rooms.
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
• Remove all dirty terry and replace with clean par to the designated layout.
• Remove soil, dirt, soap buildup and hair from bathroom surfaces.
• Replace facial tissue, toilet tissue, and bathroom amenities in correct quantity and location.
• Inspect condition of bathrobes and replace soiled or damaged ones.
• Remove dirty bed linens and make up bed with clean linens.
• Inspect laundry bags and slips.
• Clean closets and door tracks on check‑out rooms, removing dust and debris; ensure correct placement of hangers and other guest supplies.
