Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley is a luxury wine‑country destination. We are hiring for several housekeeping roles to support our guests and residents.
Public Areas AttendantEnsures the cleanliness and perfection of the public guest areas, support back‑of‑house cleaning, and assist guests with questions.
- Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel, including staff areas as assigned.
- Maintain and clean public washrooms; each washroom is checked at least hourly.
- Dust tables, lamps, ledges, and marble surfaces in all public areas and corridors.
- Clean glass doors and mirrors in public areas.
- Assist guests by answering questions.
- Clean telephones.
- Ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtrays, and matches are available.
- Perform routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
- Empty ashtrays and remove sand, stamping with logo as required.
- Clean employee washrooms on all floors, including the pool area.
- Submit work orders for deficiencies and bring them to the Housekeeping Department.
- Check guest elevators regularly; clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required.
Supports the Housekeeping Team by stocking and moving linens, maintaining common areas, setting rooms for guests, and assisting with other housekeeping duties.
- Keep all villa sidewalks, patios, and service areas neat, swept, and mopped as appropriate.
- Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark‑free.
- Maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms; sweep, mop, and dust.
- Move racks of clean linen to guest room floors.
- Stock linen storage rooms daily with supplies and amenities.
- Empty trash and transport dirty linen from guest villas.
- Help move beds and furniture, turn mattresses, and hang sheers and drapes as requested.
- Assist the Housekeeping team as needed.
Services guest rooms and handles housekeeping requests to maintain guest comfort.
- Provide a comfortable evening environment by cleaning and refreshing rooms in the early evening.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room.
- Close drapes, reduce lighting, and prepare beds for sleeping.
- Restock towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, and cotton balls.
- Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown before guest arrival.
- Interact with guests professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
- Handle special requests with high levels of hospitality.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or similar.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for golf cart operation.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
- Hourly: $26.25.
