In this role you will help create memorable moments for guests. Your daily duties include:

• Vacuuming and cleaning rooms.
• Changing linens and replenishing amenities.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Inspecting rooms to identify maintenance needs and notifying the appropriate department.
• Assisting guests with linens, towels, and other requested items.
• Responding to guest requests, questions, and complaints with a polite and friendly attitude.

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• High‑school equivalency (at least 2 years of high school education).
• Ability to work independently, follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and maneuver cleaning equipment during the shift.
