Golf Course in La Quinta, California is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.

Position Overview: Responsible for all aspects related to managing the day‑to‑day operations.

• 3-5 years golf industry experience.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills and high internal standards of hospitality, quality, and service.
• Ability to create plans, set goals and achieve targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build team, motivate staff and participate in team environment.
• Strong ability to train and develop staff.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented ability and capable of working with minimal direction.
• Strong ability to work with deadlines.
• Strong computer skills.
• PGA apprentice or member preferred.
• Proficient in Golf Genius.
• High Volume Golf Facility experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Guest service focused.
• Positive and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to work with all levels in organization.
• Excellent team player with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
• Must be highly detailed orientated.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have excellent listening skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Compensation: $68,640.00 per year.
