• Ensure all villas & other areas of the hotel are clean & assist with room cleaning when necessary
• Plan and organise staff's work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist the department to maintain accurate records in Linen Inventory, Guest supplies, Cleaning supplies, Lost and found, maintenance requests etc.
• Ensure pantry is stocked and clean always
• Supervise and assist with the Turndown service of all villas
• Handle all complaints relating to Housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner, forward any comments to Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper or duty manager
• Ensure all maintenance tasks to be given to maintenance and a check should be done to make sure item is repaired. If not report to Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive housekeeper.
• Handle all enquiries relating to Housekeeping efficiently and promptly deal with all requests
• Liaise with all departments on the special requirements of the guests remember one hotel one team
• Ensure all attendants have the training necessary for their daily tasks
• Organise, supervise and assist with the deep cleaning of villa & other housekeeping areas

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the best housekeeping practices, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work with computers - have basic knowledge of hotel system computer.
