The Steward at Jimmy Jazz will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen, dishwashing, and banquet areas. You will operate dishwashing machinery, handle pots, pans, and utensils, and assist in banquet setup and breakdown as needed.
You will support kitchen staff, ensure health standards are met, and help sustain efficient, organized work areas throughout shifts in a hotel setting.
