Front Of House Manager With Bar Experience
CONRAD'S Eat Drink Local is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has proudly served our community since 2001. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and rewarding experience for both our guests and our team, while remaining a positive contributor to our local community.
CONRAD'S features a scratch kitchen, a large wine selection, signature cocktails, and a strong focus on local and regional craft beer. We are a proud member of the Missouri Craft Brewer's Guild, supporting and promoting our state's craft beer industry.
We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager with Bar Experience to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, guest-focused leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a small-company environment, and has the heart of a teacher. Integrity matters here, and our goal is for every guest to leave with a positive experience. This role may require flexibility to support multiple locations.
Work Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 50–55 hours weekly
- No late nights

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Front of House operations, including dining room and bar service.
- Lead and support bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff.
- Maintain strong bar operations and service standards.
- Complete and manage bar and beverage inventories.
- Assist with ordering and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Motivate staff and hold team members accountable.
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provide guidance on operational procedures.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and guests.
- Follow direction from Operations and General Managers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
- Bar management or strong bar experience required.
- Inventory management experience.
- Craft beer knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and nights.
