Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Coach, counsel, track attendance, verify payroll, and schedule according to business levels for the steward team.;
Supervise assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan, fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term objectives.;
Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.;
Make routine inspections of all equipment and kitchen areas to ensure that cleanliness and sanitary procedures are maintained.;
Maintain inventory and record keeping for all dinnerware, flatware and glassware, glass and silver.
