Sherato is seeking a Guest Services Manager in Platte Gardens, MO to lead the front office team and ensure superb guest experiences. You will direct front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone operations while preparing monthly reports for the general manager.
Candidates should have at least two years front desk experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality preferred.
