In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for both cleaning and preparing guest rooms and inspecting rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness. Your attention to detail, genuine smile, and commitment to excellence will help create an unforgettable guest experience.
This is a dual Guest Room Attendant and Guest Room Attendant Inspector role.

Guest Room Attendant:
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
- Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove trash
- Replenish room supplies and maintain housekeeping equipment
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety issues, and lost & found items
Guest Room Inspector:
- Inspect completed guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
- Ensure rooms meet hotel standards before being released for guest occupancy
- Identify and communicate cleaning, maintenance, or quality concerns
- Provide feedback and support to Room Attendants to maintain consistent standards
- Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or inspection experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods
- Excellent English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a TEAM
$17.00 per hour
